Sorenson’s Communication Access and Relay Equipment (CARE) package program provides video relay equipment to meet your specific home and work needs, at no cost to you.
Streamline your experience with myPhone
All your Sorenson videophones and apps can share the same phone number with our myPhone feature. Sorenson Customer Care can set that up for you quickly.
Are you in need of a Lumina VP and/or tablet to use Sorenson VRS at home or work? Whether you require additional Sorenson products or currently have no VRS equipment, we are here to help. Sorenson provides a no-cost program called ‘Communication Access and Relay Equipment’ (C-A-R-E) to ensure that all eligible individuals have equal access to communication services.
