Eligible users pay nothing to use CaptionCall or CaptionCall Mobile call captioning services. The FCC reimburses Sorenson to provide the service from the Telecommunications Relay Services (TRS) Fund. There are also no costs for the CaptionCall phone or to download the CaptionCall Mobile app.
Do CaptionCall and CaptionCall Mobile work with hearing aids?
Yes, by design. It was a priority that our CaptionCall phone meet the TIA-1083 standard for hearing aid compatibility and reduced interference. Users can even pair Bluetooth hearing aids with their CaptionCall phone and their smartphone to use with CaptionCall Mobile.
