Sorenson Updates ntouch for 988 Direct-Dial

The 988 Lifeline now has Deaf counselors so that Deaf callers can talk to a counselor in their own language rather than talking to hearing counselors through VRS.

We have made an update to ntouch to automatically route your 988 calls to the phone number for the Deaf counselors, but you need to update your ntouch software.

We created a guide to make sure you have the latest version

You can still access 988 with a VRS interpreter if you prefer. Dial +1 (202) 240-2105 for a VRS call to the hotline.
