Improved Calls with New Sorenson VRS Platform

If you’ve used Sorenson VRS recently, you may have seen a slide saying we’re making upgrades. This upgrade is now complete! 🎉
What is this upgrade?
Sorenson switched from using servers in specific locations around the country to cloud-based servers.
What does it mean for you?
Your VP connects to the server more reliably with more backup.
That’s not all!
Your interpreters no longer need to use two monitors, just one! So, they can focus more on you.
This means what the interpreters see is new also. Please be kind and patient with them as they learn the new technology.
