What is a videophone (VP)?
A videophone is a standalone device that connects to the internet and streams both video and audio. It functions similarly to conferencing software such as Zoom, Teams, etc. Sorenson videophones are for deaf consumers to call hearing people through an American Sign Language interpreter.
How do I get the newest Sorenson videophone?
If you are a current Sorenson VRS customer, you are already on the list and we’ll contact you when your new videophone is ready. If you are not a current Sorenson VRS customer, you can request a Sorenson VRS account.
Is there a minimum TV requirement?
You can use any TV with a resolution of 720p and up and an HDMI input.
