How to set up call forwarding
Enable call forwarding to send incoming phone calls to your cell phone number through the CaptionCall Mobile app in a few simple steps.

Under Menu, tap “Call Forwarding” and follow the on-screen guidance.

Read the text, tap “Enable.”

Read, then tap “Got It!”

Tap the phone icon to dial the special activation code. When you get the success message, tap “Dismiss.”

Read the message and tap "Got it!"
What to know about CaptionCall Mobile Call Forwarding
If you set up Call Forwarding, you don’t have to give your new CaptionCall Mobile number out to family, friends, or companies to get captions of your incoming calls.
Incoming calls go straight to the app
When you enable Call Forwarding, calls to your regular cell phone number will come in through CaptionCall Mobile.
One-time setup
You only need to set up Call Forwarding once — not for every call — to automatically send calls through the caption app.
Forwards all calls until you disable it
If you ever decide to uninstall CaptionCall Mobile, disable Call Forwarding first. Otherwise, your incoming calls will keep routing to your CaptionCall number.
