Blue Man Group Raffle

1. Sorenson Communications, LLC (“Sorenson”) is conducting this raffle. The raffle prize is up to two tickets per winner to the Blue Man Group show at 8pm on July 24, 2025. The prize is offered “as is” with no written, express or implied warranty. The retail value of the two tickets is approximately $129.  One entry per participant and each participant can only win up to 1 set of 2 tickets. Sorenson will only award up to 10 winners the two ticket prizes (for a total of 20 tickets for all winners).  Odds of winning are based on the numbers of entries received by Sorenson.
2. Your participation in the raffle is voluntary. There is no purchase necessary to enter this raffle or win a prize. Except where regulated or restricted by law, the raffle is open to U.S. residents and individuals 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Sorenson reserves the right to ask for proof of age and identity, to determine eligibility and to deny the award of any prizes at its sole discretion.  All federal, state, municipal, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Information submitted in connection with the raffle will be treated in accordance with these Official Rules & Conditions and Sorenson’s privacy policy (as may be amended from time to time), currently available at https://sorenson.com/legal/sorenson-communications-privacy-policy/.
4. The entry period for this Raffle will be from July 23, 2025 at 9am (PST) through July 24, 2025 at 4pm (PST).  To enter for one ticket, an eligible individual must submit 5 of the 7 possible selfie options to Myles Goldberg at the Sorenson booth located at the DeafNation World Expo 2025 at Westgate Las Vegas Hotel and Casino.  To enter for a second ticket, an eligible individual must submit proof of the 5 of the 7 possible selfie options being posted to the individual’s social media using the hashtags #Sorenson DNWE, #DeafNation, and #2025DNWE to Myles Goldberg at the Sorenson booth located at the DeafNation World Expo 2025 at Westgate Las Vegas Hotel and Casino.  Any entry received after the entry period will be void.
5. Winners will be determined by a random drawing. The raffle drawings will take place on July 24, 2025 at the Sorenson booth at the DeafNation World Expo 2025 on or around 4:30pm (PST). The winner will be selected at random and announced at the Sorenson booth. Winners must be present at the Sorenson booth at the time of the drawing to claim the raffle prize. If the winner is not present at the Sorenson booth at the time of the drawing, Sorenson will select another winner (and in this case the original winner forfeits their claim to the prize), and so on, until a winner is found and the prize is claimed.  Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received as of the date and time of the drawing.
6. The prize is not exchangeable or transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and must be accepted as awarded. All entries become the property of the Sorenson and will not be returned.
7. You acknowledge that you do not have to, currently or in the future, use or purchase any Sorenson products or services to be eligible to enter into this raffle or to win any raffle prizes. You acknowledge and represent that you were not pressured or coerced into registering or using any Sorenson products or services in exchange for your participation in the raffle or winning the raffle prizes.
8. You understand and agree that if you are a prize winner, your name, image and likeness in video or photographic images may be used in Sorenson’s promotions, promotional materials and publicity efforts, including (but not limited to) print media and the internet. If you do not agree to your name, image and likeness being used, you should not enter the raffle/prize giveaway.
9. Your receipt of any prize may result in taxable income to you. You are solely responsible for any income or other taxes in connection with winning the raffle prize. Please consult your tax advisor for more information.
10. The raffle shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah. By participating in the raffle, the entrants agree that the state and federal courts located in Salt Lake City, Utah shall have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any dispute arising out of or relating to this raffle.
11. BY ENTERING THE RAFFLE/PRIZE GIVEAWAY, YOU WAIVE ALL CLAIMS AND RIGHTS, INCLUDING ANY RIGHT OF PRIOR APPROVAL AND RELEASE AND DISCHARGE SORENSON AND ITS AFFILIATE (INCLUDING THEIR RESPECTIVE PAST, PRESENT OR FUTURE EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, ATTORNEYS, BOARD MEMBERS, AGENTS, ASSIGNEES OR REPRESENTATIVES (INDIVIDUALLY AND/OR COLLECTIVELY “SORENSON REPRESENTATIVES”) FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LIABILITY , DEMANDS, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ATTORNEY’S FEES) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR PARTICIPATING IN THE RAFFLE OR WINNING ANY PRIZE, YOUR ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE, OR SORENSON’S USE OF YOUR NAME, IMAGE AND LIKENESS, AND YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD SORENSON REPRESENTATIVES HARMLESS FROM ANY AND ALL LOSSES, DAMAGES, RIGHTS, CLAIMS, AND ACTIONS OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM, IN CONNECTION WITH, OR AS A RESULT OF YOUR PARTICIPATING IN THE RAFFLE OR YOUR ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF ANY PRIZES. YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY CLAIM AGAINST SORENSON ARISING OUT OF THE RAFFLE/PRIZE GIVEAWAY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE VALUE OF THE PRIZE YOU HAVE WON. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE SORENSON REPRESENTATIVES BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY PARTY FOR ANY LOSS OR INJURIES TO EARNINGS, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, OR FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
