Be In Control of Your Calls

Did you know you have access to more than 50 features on your Sorenson products?  And all of them give you more control of your calls.

Two of these features are Voice carry-over (VCO) and TouchTone.

• With VCO, you have the option to speak for yourself — on all your calls or only some of them. Only you can turn VCO on and off in your Settings.
• The TouchTone feature gives you control too. When you make a call that goes through a phone tree or automated system that requires you to select from different options (such as when you call a doctor’s office and it asks you if you want to speak to the front desk or a nurse, etc.), the TouchTone feature allows you enter the numbers yourself. AND then when you are finished making selections, you can clear the numbers off the screen yourself!
