CaptionCall’s parent company Sorenson provides a lot of services for individuals and organizations. With so much going on, it’s important to us that our website be as easy to navigate as possible. 

That’s why we’ve updated the look and layout of our website to make it more user-friendly.

Apart from the new design, the biggest change you’ll notice is the upgrade to our site navigation.  

• To find information about CaptionCall products, you can now navigate to the CaptionCall side of the site by hovering over “CaptionCall” in the top menu. A menu will drop down where you can choose to see information about landline CaptionCall home phone service or the CaptionCall Mobile app. 
• You can access articles related to CaptionCall and the hard-of-hearing community by hovering over “Resources” and selecting “CaptionCall.” 
• Having trouble with your captioning service or CaptionCall products? Click “Support” in the upper right-hand corner of the home page and select “CaptionCall” to find how-to articles, user guides, and contact information for Customer Care. We even have a page under Support just for CaptionCall Mobile.
