Referring Patients is Easy, and You Have Options
Helping your patients get CaptionCall service is supposed to be easy — for them and for you — so you can choose how your referral method.

If your patients need captioning to confidently use the phone because their hearing loss makes calls hard to understand, you can connect them with a solution that doesn’t cost them a thing.

When you refer your qualified patients for no-cost CaptionCall service, you make an enormous impact on their quality of life and strengthen their trust in you as a provider offering them a variety of solutions.

You can choose the referral option that’s most convenient for you:

  • Through your own management software If you use Noah, you can fill out a form right on our site to add the CaptionCall by Sorenson module to your software.
    If you use a different system, we have instructions on the site to add the CaptionCall by Sorenson module to CounselEar, HearForm, Hearing Fusion, Sycle, TIMS, or Blueprint
  • Using our online referral form You can fill out the form on our website whenever you have a qualified patient, and we’ll take it from there, contacting your patient to get them setup with service.

  • Good old-fashioned forms
    There’s nothing wrong with email, postal mail, or even fax. They’ve served us well for decades, and you can still submit CaptionCall referrals that way. The form is available to download on our website as a PDF in English or Spanish.
