Interpreting Services Fee Schedule***

All fees are per interpreter

Federal Holiday Rate for Scheduled Services 1.5x total per-hour rate
Specialized Scheduled Service* Additional $50/hour
Rush Scheduling Fee (within 2 business days) Additional $60/hour
Usage/Extended Time Tracked and billed in 15-minute intervals at the hourly rate per interpreting interaction.
Cancellation (within 2 business days) Scheduled time invoiced in full
No Show (15 minutes after scheduled start) Scheduled time invoiced in full
Scheduled VRI After-Hours Differential
(6:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.)
Additional $35/hour
Onsite Interpreting After-Hours Differential 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.: base rate + $35/hour
Onsite Interpreting Minimum 2 hours

National Onsite Interpreting Premium Locations Additional $15/hour

Alaska, California, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Washington state

Additional Service Terms

* Specialized interpreting includes, but is not limited to the following topics, settings, interactions, or requirements: Legal, Trilingual, Mental Health, Customer/Consumer demands or regulatory requirements for unique certifications or qualifications, high visibility service provision (e.g.: livestreaming to public).

**A dispatch fee will be billed at 1 hour of the respective hourly rate. Additionally, unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing, hotel and airfare will be billed at cost along with a per diem of up to $100 (USD) or $130 (CAD) per day (depending on travel location).
