How to Refer Hearing-Loss Patients for CaptionCall

Office management software
HearForm
On the home page, find the forms window. Select the tab for the form type you want and choose CaptionCall in the list.
TIMS
Select your patient, then click the “selected reports” icon in the Patent Summary Panel. Choose the CaptionCall Form button in the menu.
Sycle
In Sycle Pro, select the Equipment tab in the patient summary, then choose CaptionCall in the list.
In Sycle Classic, scroll down to the CaptionCall section in the patient summary and click “no cost phone.”
CounselEAR
On the patient profile, select “actions” and choose CaptionCall from the list.
Blueprint Solutions
From the patient record, look under the Patient menu for “forms” and select the CaptionCall form.
Noah ES
Select a Patient you’d like to refer and click the green CaptionCall button at the top of the window. Fill out the patient and provider info, then click Next. Enter your signature and title and tick the certification checkbox. Click on the Submit Certification Only button.

Add the CaptionCall by Sorenson module to your Noah software to easily integrate requesting captioning solutions for patients into your patient records.
