Hearing loss news and trends for hearing health professionals
“I initially applied because it was a work from home job. When I interviewed for the position and learned more about it, I was intrigued. I had never heard of a service like this, I was very excited to learn more.”
Ashleigh has always prided herself on being a good listener and is glad to have found a position where she can put those listening skills to work.
While she may not have been familiar with captioning before joining the team, Ashleigh says she gets a lot of joy out of being able to help people enjoy their phone conversations — even if it can be difficult to keep up with fast talkers sometimes.
When she’s not captioning phone calls, she’s caring for a bustling household that includes her cat, two dogs, and 19 chickens!
This holiday season Ashleigh is looking forward to adding a few new photos to her prized family photo albums and getting together to celebrate with family, especially her new grandson.
