Do your patients know they can get CaptionCall at work?
The HLAA says 60% of people who report having hearing loss are either working or in school.

Trying to get by with emails alone doesn’t have to be the only options for individuals who experience hearing loss in the workplace. Employees whose hearing loss makes captions necessary to use the phone qualify for call captioning at no cost — to them or to their employer — through an FCC-funded program.
When referring patients for CaptionCall, don’t forget to mention that real-time captioning is an option for home and the office.
